The Festival of Whales, which draws over 100,000 visitors each year, is celebrating its 41st Anniversary. Today, the California Coastal Commission and the Department of Motor Vehicles officially launched the state's new Whale Tail® Ecoplate at three press conferences held simultaneously in Dana Point, San Francisco, and the Santa Monica Pier.
